Junior Higgins, 83, of Dawsonville, died Oct.3, 2017. Born July 25, 1934 in Forsyth County to the late Roscoe and Beulah Higgins, he lived most of his life in Dawson County. His sister, Emma Higgins; and brothers, Cecil Higgins, Lee Higgins, Clifford Higgins, R. H. Higgins and E. Eugene Higgins preceded him in death.
