Juanita Blackstock Benefield, 82, of Cumming, died July 23, 2013.

Her husband, William Parmer Benefield; son, Windle Benefield; and daughter, Linda Benefield Lanier, preceded her in death.

Survivors include her son and daughter-in-law, Wayne and Sandra H. Benefield of Cumming; son-in-law, Ricky Lanier of Cumming; four grandchildren, Monica and Travis Day, Daniel Lanier, Dusty and Danielle Benefield and Mary Beth Benefield, all of Cumming; two great-grandchildren, Ethan and Morgan Day; two sisters, Bernice Pruitt and Pauline Pirkle; sister-in-law, Ethel Benefield, all of Cumming; various other relatives also survive.

Funeral services were held at 2 p.m. July 25 at Haw Creek Baptist Church in Cumming with the Rev. Larry Vaughan officiating. Interment followed at Haw Creek Cemetery.

Ingram Funeral Home and Crematory of Cumming was in charge of the arrangements.
