Jonnie Bratton Sisco Beasley

Jonnie Bratton Sisco Beasley, 90, of Cumming, died.

Born to Lewis Clifford Sisco and Mattie D. Bratton Sisco in Primm Springs, Tenn., Hickman County on Aug. 26, 1920, Jonnie had one sister, Dorothy Elizabeth Sisco, born Jan. 13, 1923 and died in March 1980.

She also had one brother, Dick Sisco, who died as an infant in 1923.

Jonnie graduated from high school in Centerville, Tenn.

Jonnie met Horace A. Beasley from Franklin, Tenn., Williamson County and they were married on Oct. 30, 1938. The couple had two children, Thomas E. Beasley II, born May 28, 1941 and Alice Ann Beasley Lee, born Aug. 13, 1948.

Survivors include her husband, Horace A. Beasley of Cumming; daughter and son-in-law, Alice and Merrill Lee of Big Canoe; son and daughter-in-law, Tom and Judy Beasley of Marietta; grandchildren, Corrine and Jeff Hutchinson, Karen and Bob Donalson, Tom Beasley III, Laura and Brian Cross, Melissa and Nick Leone; six great-grandchildren; various other relatives also survive.

Funeral services were held at noon July 29 at Ingram Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. David Tully officiating. Entombment followed in the Sawnee View Memorial Gardens Mausoleum.

Ingram Funeral Home and Crematory of Cumming was in charge of the arrangements.
