John Wayne Smith, 48, of Gainesville, died Oct. 16, 2010.

Survivors include his parents, Copeland and Burnettie Smith; brothers and sisters-in-law, Mike and Vicki Smith, Ricky and Robin Smith, Cliff and Pam Smith; various other relatives also survive.

Funeral services were held at 4 p.m. Oct. 19 at Ingram Funeral Home Chapel with the Revs. Michael Milwood, Jeff Wilkie and Jimmy Martin officiating.

Interment followed at Sawnee View Memorial Gardens.

Ingram Funeral Home and Crematory of Cumming was in charge of the arrangements.
