He was a 2006 graduate of Dawson County High School and attended North Georgia College.

Survivors include his parents, Bobby and Suzanne Franklin of Dawsonville; sister, Melissa Hester of Flowery Branch; brothers and sisters-in-law, Rob and Jennifer Williford of Cumming, Russ and Ashley Franklin of Flowery Branch; grandmother, Anna Franklin of Dawsonville; various other relatives also survive.

A celebration of life will be held at 1 p.m. Satruday with the Rev. Tim Bennett officiating at Bearden Funeral Home.

The family will receive friends from noon to 1 p.m. Saturday.
