John F. Schlesinger, 62, of Dawsonville, died Feb. 8, 2018. Born April 4, 1955 in Temple, Texas to the late Frank and Millie Schlesinger, he had lived in Dawson County since 1999. John worked at Rick Hendrick Chevrolet in the auto parts department for 23 years until his retirement. His brothers, Franklin Schlesinger, Larry Schlesinger; brother-in-law, Richard Garcia; and father-in-law, Charles Burt, preceded him in death.
