Jessica Kaye Cason-Hammond, 31, of Dawsonville, died Thursday, Oct. 8, 2009.

She was a member of Coal Mountain Baptist Church.

Her grandparents, Grady and Emma Power and Harvin and Leona Cason; Nathan's grandparents, Len G. and Thelma Hammond and Harley and Dorsey Sewell, preceded her in death.

Survivors include her husband, Nathan Roger Hammond of Dawsonville; son, Cason Hammond; mother and father, Waymon and Cheryl Cason; mother-in-law and father-in-law, Roger and Hilda Hammond; brother and sister-in-law, Scott and Sherrie Cason; brother-in-law and sisters-in-law, Branon and Sarah Hammond, Lindsay Hammond; nephew, Jackson Hammond; various other relatives also survive.

A funeral service was held at 3 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 10 at Coal Mountain Baptist Church with the Revs. Paul Palmer, Danny Bennett and Tony Allen officiating.

Entombment followed in Sawnee View Mausoleum.

Ingram Funeral Home and Crematory of Cumming was in charge of the arrangements.
