James "Terry" Ragan, 70, of Dawsonville, died Sept. 14, 2018. He was a born to the late James "Red" and Ruth Ragan. Terry resided in Dawsonville for the past 18 years and was an avid NASCAR fan and was very involved with the Dawsonville Moonshine Festival. He was a loving husband, father and grandfather. His brother-in-law, Doug Farmer, preceded him in death.
