Jackie Cyrus Doddridge, 75, of Forsyth County, formerly of West Virginia, died Monday, May 18, 2009.

Mrs. Doddridge was a member of New Hope United Methodist Church.

Survivors include her husband of 53 years, Ivan Doddridge of Forsyth County; children, Cindy and Mathias Gladman of Michigan, Brad and Terry Doddridge of Alpharetta, Brent and Elke Doddridge of Dawsonville; sisters and brothers-in-law, Margaret Peyton of Florida, Methel Bowen of Ohio, Betty and Paul McCallister of West Virginia, Ernestine and Walt Barnett of Alabama; brother and sister-in-law, Ernest and Dianne Cyrus of Ohio; five grandchildren; one great-grandchild; various other relatives also survive.

Funeral services were 2 p.m. Friday, May 22 at New Hope United Methodist Church with the Rev. Larry Patton officiating.

Interment followed in New Hope United Methodist Church Cemetery.

Flowers were accepted and donations were requested made to the Alzheimer's Association Georgia Chapter, 1925 Century Blvd. NE, Suite 10, Atlanta, GA 30345.

Ingram Funeral Home & Crematory of Cumming was in charge of the arrangements.
