Jack Wayne Quarles, 72, of Cumming, died March 10, 2015.

Survivors include his wife, Mary Elizabeth Quarles of Cumming; daughter, Amy Lynn and Phillip Dixon of Dawsonville; mother-in-law, Nettie Jo Knight of Hueytown, Ala.; sisters-in-law, Janice and Mike Moore of Hueytown, Ala., Donna and Bruce Bonham of Wilsonville, Ala.; grandchildren, Caleb Wayne and Jared Walker Dixon; various other relatives also survive.

Ingram Funeral Home and Crematory of Cumming was in charge of the arrangements.
