Helen McBrayer Pirkle, 60, of Forsyth County, died Aug. 15, 2012.

She was a member of Sawnee Mountain Church of God.

Her parents, Roy and Willie Grace Woodall McBrayer Sr.; husband, Hayward Pirkle; and an infant child, preceded her in death.

Survivors include her brothers, Sherman McBrayer of Cleveland, Roy McBrayer Jr. of Dawsonville; sisters, Mary Kate West of Cumming, Brenda Sue Johnson of Lilburn; various other relatives also survive.

Graveside services were held at 1 p.m. Aug. 17 with the Revs. Jimmy Payne and Rodney Allen officiating. Interment followed in Sawnee View Memorial Gardens.

Ingram Funeral Home and Crematory of Cumming was in charge of the arrangements.
