Gary Forrest Williams, 68, of Cumming, died Aug. 16, 2011.

He was a member of Abundant Life Church in Cumming.

His father, Frank Jackson Tobe Williams and brother, Frank Steve Williams, preceded him in death.

Survivors include his loving wife of 24 years, Barbara Williams of Cumming; children, Michael and Laurie Williams of Comer, Sherry Lewis of Dawsonville, Michelle Norton of Dunwoody, Patricia Bachelor of Gainesville; mother, Doris Williams of Sugar Hill; sister, Donna Sue Kirk of Sugar Hill; grandchildren, Brian, Alex, Jack, Luke, Summer and Brooke; various other relatives also survive.

Funeral services were held at 4 p.m. Aug. 19 at the McDonald and Son Chapel. Interment will follow at Sawnee View Gardens in Cumming.

McDonald and Son Funeral Home and Crematory of Cumming was in charge of the arrangements.
