Franklin E. Buddy Weaver

Franklin E. “Buddy” Weaver, 70, of Dawsonville, died April 3, 2011.

 

Born Nov. 4, 1940 in Pickens County to the late John and Maude Weaver, he lived most of his life in Dawson County.

 

Mr. Weaver formerly owned Bug Man Exterminating.

 

His son, Stacey Weaver; sisters, Mildred Smith and Marjorie Davidson; brothers, Gordon Weaver and Robert Weaver, preceded him in death.

 

Survivors include his daughter and son-in-law, Cindy and Larry Padgett of Gainesville; brother and sister-in-law, Kenneth and Pauline Weaver of Dawsonville; sisters-in-law, Margie Weaver, Shirley Weaver, both of Dawsonville; grandchildren, Ashley Padgett, Anthony Padgett; various other relatives also survive.

 

At his request, Weaver was cremated and a celebration of life will be held at noon, April 17 at his residence, 79 Taylor Stowers Rd., Dawsonville, GA 30534.

 

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to help with final expenses.

 

Bearden Funeral Home of Dawsonville is in charge of the arrangements.
