Frank E. Phillips, 79, of Woodstock, died Thursday, May 29, 2008.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Audrey Phillips.
Survivors include his wife, Gail Phillips of Woodstock; children, Diane Phillips Burnette of Philadelphia, Pa., Scott Phillips of Stockbridge, Nancy P. Eubanks of Dawsonville, Leslee P. Shugard of Natchez, Miss.; stepson, David Tofson of Culver, Ind.; sister, Nancy Williams of Naples, Fla.; eight grandchildren; various other relatives also survive.
Funeral services were Saturday, May 31 at 2 p.m. in the Ingram Funeral Home Chapel. Interment followed at Greenlawn Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, donations were requested to be made to the American Cancer Society.
Ingram Funeral Home and Crematory of Cumming was in charge of the arrangements.
