Eva Pendley, 99, of Cumming, died Dec. 12, 2011.

Mrs. Pendley was a member of Daves Creek Baptist Church.

Eva and her husband owned Clyde Pendley Feed and Poultry from 1942-1961 and she later sold insurance for Combined Insurance where she earned many awards for her achievements.

Eva was well known for selling real estate in the Cumming area where she owned and operated Eva Pendley Realty from 1973 to 1996.

Her loving husband of 60 years, Clyde Pendley and two sisters, preceded her in death.

Survivors include her sons and daughters-in-law, Lamar and Helon Pendley, Larry and Connie Pendley, Loyd and Margie Pendley, all of Cumming; grandchildren, Chris and Octavia Deuschle, Russ Pendley, Kim and Larry Sarchenko, Nicole and Matt Nixon, Cindy and Danny Wade, Heather and Jason Roland, Brian and Nicole Pendley; great-grandchildren, Elie, Katie, Boden, Molly Kate, Ava Lily, Stella Rose, Taylor, Kaitlyn, Blake, Ashley, Reese and Luke; great-great-grandchild, Carter; various other relatives also survive.

Funeral services were held at 1 p.m. Dec. 15 in the Ingram Funeral Home Chapel with the Revs. Michael Cantrell and Travis Bridgeman officiating. Interment followed in Sawnee View Memorial Gardens.

Ingram Funeral Home and Crematory of Cumming was in charge of the arrangements.
