Ethel Loraine Garner, 86, of Dawsonville, died Jan. 15, 2018. She was born on Oct. 22, 1931 to the late Willie and Bessie Brookshire. She was a lifelong resident of Dawson County and a member at Liberty Baptist Church. She was a loving mother and grandmother who loved to garden and bird watch.
