Emma Lou “Tencie” Mills, 92, of Cumming, died Monday, Nov. 27, 2017.
Tencie was a member of Cross Roads Baptist Church.
Her husband, Amos Mills; parents, Judge and Effie Bennett; siblings, Voncile Ledford, Edith Nichols, Bud Bennett; great-grandsons, Bryant Coffey and Little Amos Mills, preceded her in death.
Survivors include her son, Larry Mills of Cumming; daughter and son-in-law, Wynette and Clark Woodlee of Cumming; sister and brother-in-law, Idline and Gordon Pirkle of Dawsonville; brother and sister-in-law, Rev. L.C. and Betty Bennett of Cumming; grandchildren, Dwayne Mills, Lori (Tommy) Andrew, Amos (Sandy) Mills, Amy (Daren) Shirley, Shannon Mills, Cacy (Marc) Pirkle, Larry (Melissa) Mills; 18 great-grandchildren; nine great-great-grandchildren and numerous loving relatives and friends; various other relatives also survive.
Funeral Services were held at 11 a.m. Nov. 30 in the Ingram Funeral Home chapel with Rev. Garry English officiating. Interment followed at Cross Roads Baptist Church Cemetery.
The family received friends on from 12 p.m. Nov. 29 and from 9 a.m. until the hour of service Nov. 30.
Ingram Funeral Home and Crematory of Cumming was in charge of arrangements.
