Doris C. Fields, 88, of Dawsonville, died Nov. 5, 2015.

Her husband, Otis Fields; and her brother, Arthur Rogers, preceded her in death.

The family would like to thank each one of the hospice workers for their care, compassion and love shown to Doris.

Survivors include her daughter and son-in-law, Jeannine Bagby Anglin and Ronnie Gilbert; grandchildren, Vickie and Bradley Ellison, Chris Bagby and Jennifer Mullins; great-0grandchildren, Destiny Ellison and Tristen Sheets; special friend, Tammy Cunningham Patrick; various other relatives also survive.

A funeral service was held at 2 p.m. Nov. 9 in the chapel of Ingram Funeral Home with the Revs. Richard Picklesimer, L.C. Bennett and Billy Robinson officiating.

Ingram Funeral Home and Crematory of Cumming was in charge of the arrangements.
