Donna L. Chadwick Nichelson, 48, of Cumming died Oct. 9, 2010.

Her husband, Donnie Calvin Nichelson; son, Timothy Charles Nichelson; and mother, Jerry Ann Chadwick, preceded her in death.

Survivors include her father, Charles Chadwick of Cumming; sons and daughter-in-law, Jason and Morgan Nichelson of Suwanee, Larry and Kimberly Nichelson of Cumming; sister and brother-in-law, Tony and Delores Payne of Cumming; brothers and sisters-in-law, Doug and Rhonda Chadwick of Cumming, Danny and Suzanne Chadwick of Flowery Branch; grandchildren, Eliah and Breahna Nichelson; various other relatives also survive.

Funeral services will be held at 3 p.m. Wednesday, Oct. 13 in the chapel of Ingram Funeral Home.

Interment will follow at Mt. Calvary Cemetery.

Ingram Funeral Home and Crematory of Cumming is in charge of the arrangements.
