Dillon Gayton, 21, of Forsyth County, died Jan. 1, 2014.
He was a member of Lighthouse Baptist Church in Dawsonville.
His father, Talmadge (T-Bolt) Gayton; brother, Scotty Gayton; grandfathers, Roy Sams, Tommy Fouts; grandmother, Georgia Hause; great-grandparents, Ralph and Hazel Hause, Bud Nalley; and uncle, John Gayton, preceded him in death.
Survivors include his fiancé, Carly Shirley of Gainesville; son, Blaine Gayton of Gainesville; mother, Lynn Gayton and Ricky Tanner of Gainesville; sister, Cheyenne Tanner; grandparents, Janet Nalley, Ralph Hause Jr., Martha Sams, all of Cumming; great-grandmother, Mildred Nalley of Cumming; nephew, Phillip Gayton; aunts and uncles, Scott and Tina Pass, David and Stacy Marshall, Linda Tanner, Vicki Gayton, Carolyn Shirley, Allen and Susan Nelson, Paul Hause; various other relatives also survive.
Funeral services were held at 2 p.m. Jan. 5 in the Ingram Funeral Home Chapel with the Revs. Troy Williams and Michael Spurr officiating. Interment followed in Sawnee View Memorial Gardens.
Ingram Funeral Home and Crematory of Cumming was in charge of the arrangements.
