Dianne Mabrey, 59, of Dahlonega, died June 16, 2010.

  

Born June 27, 1950 in Fulton County to the late Everett and Claudine Mason, she lived in Dawsonville for 12 years before moving to Dahlonega two years ago.

  

A homemaker, Mrs. Mabrey was a loving "Mamaw" and was also preceded in death by a daughter, Deana Carol Mabrey, and a sister.

  

Survivors include her husband of 42 years, Phil Mabrey of Dahlonega; children, Jamie Mabrey of Arcade, Shelley and Ty Panter of Dahlonega, Melanie and Greg Kent of Ball Ground, Amy Mabrey, Jon and Kris Mabrey, all of Dawsonville; sisters, Carol Peardon of Canton, Faye Lively of Ball Ground; brothers, Doug Mason of Dawsonville, Dennis Mason, Ricky Mason, all of Jasper; 11 grandchildren; one great-granddaughter; various other relatives also survive.

  

Funeral services were held at 1 p.m. June 18 at Bearden Funeral Home Chapel with the Revs. Tommy Panter and John Boyd officiating. Interment followed in the Roswell Cemetery.

  

In lieu of flowers, donations were requested made to offset final expenses.

Bearden Funeral Home of Dawsonville was in charge of the arrangements.
