David "Zachary" Boling, 24 of Cataula, GA (a native of Forsyth County) died Saturday, Oct. 3, 2009.

  

He graduated from South Forsyth High School in 2004 and was a student at Georgia Southern University.

  

Zach loved football, baseball, hunting and fishing. He was an All-State baseball player.

  

His grandfather, Preston Boling of Forsyth County; great-grandparents, C.L. and Bertha Easler of South Carolina, and, great-grandmother, Marie Vernon of Cobb County, preceded him in death.

  

Survivors include his parents, David and Shannon Boling of Cataula; grandparents, Diane and Wendell Hill of Douglasville, and Wayne and Gloria Easler of Henry County; grandma, Martha Boling of Forsyth County; great-grandpa, Thomas Vernon of Cobb County; sisters and brother-in-law, Ashley and Scott Woodson and Meaghan Boling, all of Forsyth County; various other relatives also survive.

  

A funeral service was held at 2 p.m. Sunday, Oct. 11 in the Ingram Funeral Home Chapel with the Revs. Doug Carnes, Johnny Purcell and Nathan Nix officiating. Interment followed in Sawnee View Memorial Gardens.

  

In lieu of flowers, donations were requested made to the Zach Boling Memorial Fund at any Regions Bank in Georgia.

  

Ingram Funeral Home and Crematory of Cumming was in charge of the arrangements.
