David Edward Garabedian, 51, of Cumming, died Aug. 14, 2009.

  

Born in North Providence, R.I., he was the son of Jean and Edward Garabedian of Albany, Ga.

  

David loved being on the water and was an avid motorcyclist. He was the sales manager at Ed Voyles Acura.

  

In addition to his parents, survivors include his wife, Paula Garabedian of Cumming; daughter, Leigh Ann (Mike) Arnold of Dawsonville; sister, Valeria (Rick) Bryant of Warwick; nephews, Dustin and Brady Fowler of Albany, Ga.; various other relatives also survive.

  

Funeral services were held at 11 a.m. Monday, Aug. 17 in the chapel of McDonald and Son Funeral Home.

  

In lieu of flowers, the family requested that donations be made to Children's Healthcare of Atlanta Foundation at www.choa.org or (404) 785-4483.

  

McDonald and Son Funeral Home and Crematory of Cumming was in charge of the arrangements.
