David E. Webster, 81, of Cumming, died Feb. 20, 2015.

David attended Salem United Methodist Church in Dawson County.

He was a past master of Georgia Lodge No. 96 F&AM, a 33rd degree Scottish Rite Mason in the Valley of Atlanta.

David was a U.S. Army Veteran of the Korean Conflict and a retired architect with the Austin Company.

His parents, Hayden and Elizabeth Church Webster, preceded him in death.

Survivors include his wife, Ruth Dooley Webster of Cumming; daughter and son-in-law, Nancy and Glen Chapman of Cumming; two grandchildren, Lora and Nick Impellizzeri and Sarah Chapman; various other relatives also survive.

Funeral services were held at 11 a.m. Feb. 23. Graveside services followed at Salem Methodist Cemetery with the Rev. Mark Magwood officiating.

In lieu of flowers, donations were requested made to the Alzheimer's Association.

Ingram Funeral Home and Crematory of Cumming was in charge of the arrangements.
