Connie Lou Tinsley, 54, of Dawsonville, died Sunday, Jan. 3, 2010.

  

A lifelong resident of Dawson County, she was a 1973 honor graduate of Dawson County High School and, along with her husband, they owned and operated North Georgia Contractors.

  

Connie was a devoted wife and mother and was loved by all.

  

She was a member of Tinsley Chapel and was preceded in death by a daughter, Jessica April Sunshine Tinsley.

  

Survivors include her husband of 37 years, Hubert D. Tinsley Jr. of Dawsonville; sons and daughters-in-law, Joseph Hubert and Tonya Tinsley, Jonathan and Jill Tinsley, Jacob and Lucretia Tinsley, all of Dawsonville; mother and stepfather, Dorothy and Ernest McGill of Dawsonville; sisters and brothers-in-law, Bonnie and Jerry Mulkey, Donnie and Tim Tatum, all of Dawsonville; brother and sister-in-law, Rodney and Jane Padgett of Dawsonville; grandchildren, Cody Tinsley, Caitlin Tinsley, Montana Tinsley, Chloe Tinsley, Summer Tinsley, Kaitlyn Howard, Kayla Howard, Lane Tinsley, Hannah Tinsley, Isabella Tinsley, Ruby Tinsley and Bryson Tinsley; various other relatives also survive.

  

Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Wednesday, Jan. 6 at Bearden Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Hubert D. Tinsley Jr. officiating. Interment will follow in Tinsley Chapel Cemetery.
