Clyde Leroy Hardin, 83, of Alpharetta, died Sept. 25, 2016.

Mr. Hardin was born Dec. 10, 1932 in Dawson County to the late Charles and Addie Hardin.

He was a retired roofing contractor.

Survivors include his children, Wesley and Debbie Hardin of Anderson, S.C., Wanda Hardin of Dawsonville, Cindy and Bobby Sheriff, June and John Hardy, all of Dawsonville, Sam Hardin of Dahlonega, Chris Hardin of Alpharetta; brother and sister-in-law, Marvin and Marcie Hardin of Rome; 12 grandchildren; 17 great-grandchildren; various other relatives also survive.

Memorial services will be held at 1 p.m. in the Bearden Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Monroe Gunter officiating.

The family will receive friends from 11 a.m. until the hour of service Oct. 1.

In lieu of flowers, donations were requested made to Hospice Compassus, 583 Highland Crossing #120, East Ellijay, GA 30540.
