Claudine Dimitroff, 88, of Dawsonville, died Feb. 16, 2018.
Born Sept. 27, 1929 in Louisa, Ky. to the late Jarret and Jewel Peters, she had been a resident of Dawsonville for the past five years after living most of her life in Florida. A loving and dedicated mother, grandmother and great-grandmother, she worked as a homemaker for most of her life and also as an apartment manager in Florida.
Her husband, Raymond Dimitroff, preceded her in death.
Surviving are her daughters and sons-in-law, Joy and Chris Blatt of Dawsonville, Katherine and Larry Brandt of Florida; grandchildren, Joy and Jeff Harter, Aaron Blatt, Travis and Rachel Boster; great-grandchildren, Mason Harter, Avila Harter, Shelby Blake, Gunner Boster, Emmy Boster; various other relatives also survive.
A memorial service will be held at 11 a.m. Feb. 26 at Christ the Redeemer Catholic Church with Father Brian Higgins officiating.
Mrs. Dimitroff will be interred beside of her husband in South Florida National Cemetery at a later date.
Bearden Funeral Home of Dawsonville was in charge of the arrangements.
