Charles E. Fletcher, 75, of Dawsonville, died Dec. 23, 2017. Born March 14, 1942 in Moulton, Ala. to the late Walter and Ann Fletcher, he had lived in Dawson County since 1979. Mr. Fletcher retired as a teacher in the vocational department of Dawson County High School after 20 years of service.
