Charles "Andy" Webb, 85, of Dawsonville, died July 8, 2011.

Born March 14, 1926 in Butts County to the late James and Florence Webb, he had lived in Dawson County since 1992, having moved from Atlanta.

Mr. Webb retired as warehouse manager for Penzoil/Quaker State after 12 years of service.

He was a United States Army veteran of World War II, where he served in the Philippines and Japan.

Andy was a member of McKees Chapel United Methodist Church.

His wife, Jeanette M. Webb, preceded him in death.

Funeral services were held at 3 p.m. July 10 at Bearden Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Sven Mossinger officiating. Interment followed in McKees Chapel United Methodist Church Cemetery.

Bearden Funeral Home of Dawsonville was in charge of the arrangements.
