Cecil Jones, 72, of Dawsonville, died Nov. 3, 2014.

Mr. Jones was a veteran of the United States Army.

Survivors include his wife, Sarah Joan Jones of Dawsonville; daughters, Cynthia LaLuna of Candler, N.C., Selena Darter of Lawrenceville; two brothers; six sisters; grandchildren, Sean Darter, Ruby Darter; various other relatives also survive.

Funeral services were held at 1 p.m. Nov. 6 in the chapel of Tim Stewart Funeral Home in Lawrenceville with the Pastor T.L. Reece Sr. officiating. Burial followed at noon Nov. 7 at Georgia National Guard Cemetery in Canton.

In lieu of flowers, memorial were requested made to M.D.A., 2175 Northlake Dr., Suite 144, Tucker, GA 30084.
