Bobby Clayton Moore

Bobby Clayton Moore, 67, of Dawsonville, died Oct. 3, 2010.

  

Born Sept. 11, 1943 in Sugar Hill to the late Clayton and Mattie Moore, he had lived in Dawson County for the past 17 years.

  

Mr. Moore was the retired owner and operator of Bobby Moore Plumbing.

  

His sisters, Elizabeth and Evelyn, preceded him in death.

  

Survivors include his wife of 36 years, Rita Moore of Dawsonville; children, Brian and Diane Moore of Athens, Barry Moore, Wendell and Nicole Holtzclaw, all of Buford, Bobbie Moore, Patrick Moore, both of Dawsonville; sisters, Norma Porter of Buford, Juanita Calhoun of Sugar Hill;; brother, Ned Moore of Winder; nine grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; various other relatives also survive.

  

At Mr. Moore's request, he was cremated and private memorial services will be held.

  

Bearden Funeral Home of Dawsonville is in charge of the arrangements.
