Belinda Warren Barrett, 63, of Dawsonville, died Sept. 28, 2012.

Born July 7, 1949, to the late T.B. and Mildred Warren, she was a native of Fulton County who lived most of her life in Forsyth County.

Mrs. Barrett was a member of Silver City Baptist Church, where she was an active member of the Senior Adult Sunday School Class.

Her son, Greg Barrett; and sister, Montez Treadway, preceded her in death.

Survivors include her grandchildren, Mackenzie Barrett and Georgia Barrett, both of Cumming; brothers and sisters-in-law, Ron Warren of Douglasville, Tony Warren of Dacula, Kenny and Anne Warren of Dawsonville, Don and Linda Warren of Augusta; various other relatives also survive.

Funeral services were held at 11 a.m. Oct. 1 in the Bearden Funeral Home Chapel with the Revs. Tim Biddy, Scott Sorrells and Willard Hamrick officiating. Interment followed in the Silver City Baptist Church Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, donations were requested made to Silver City Baptist Church, 40 Hightower Parkway, Dawsonville, GA 30534.

Bearden Funeral Home of Dawsonville was in charge of the arrangements.
