Anna Ruth Dixon, 83, of Dawsonville, died July 29, 2017.

She was a member of Setten Down Baptist Church.

Her children, Larry Jewell Dixon, Sandra Kay Dixon; granddaughter, Melissa Ann Sams; parents, Fletcher and Annie Cash; brother, Lee Roy Cash; and her sister, Julie Cash Malcom; preceded her in death.

Survivors include her husband of 68 years, Jewell Dixon; children, Jerry and Margie Dixon, Danny T. and Donna M. Dixon, Roger Wayne and Debbie Dixon, Kathy and Chris Lawson; brothers, Ray Cash, Billy Cash, Bonnie Cash; 14 grandchildren; numerous great-grandchildren; six great-great-grandchildren; various other relatives also survive.

Funeral services were held at 4 p.m. Aug. 1 in the chapel of Ingram Funeral Home with the Revs. Tony Estes and R.L. Couch Jr. officiating.

Ingram Funeral Home and Crematory of Cumming was in charge of the arrangements.
