Baby Addison Tess Meeks, of Cumming, died Monday, Jan. 25, 2010.

  

Survivors include her parents, Amanda and Casey Meeks of Cumming; grandparents, Shanty and Barbara Meeks and Edward and Mary Ann Callahan, all of Cumming; great-grandparents, Carolyn Mathews of Dawsonville, Frances Lansford-Humphrey of LaGrange, Ivey Pruitt of Canton, Grady Callahan and Janie Nichols of Cumming; uncles and aunts, Andy and Lori Meeks of Roswell, Shanny Meeks and children, Kelsie and Kinlie, Justin and Rena Land and Ryan Callahan, all of Cumming; various other relatives also survive.

  

Funeral services were held at 1 p.m. Saturday, Jan. 30 in the Ingram Funeral Home Chapel with the Revs. David Edmondson and Alan Still officiating. Interment followed at Sawnee View Memorial Gardens.

  

In lieu of flowers, the family requested donations be made to the Angel Addison Fund at any Wachovia Bank.

  

The Meeks and Callahan families wish to thank everyone for their love, support and prayers. The family asks for the prayers to continue for their family.

  

Ingram Funeral Home and Crematory of Cumming was in charge of the arrangements.
