City of Dawsonville recognizes employees with March service award, February Employee of the Month award

During the March 21 meeting of the Dawsonville City Council, the council members and mayor took time to recognize two employees for their hard work in the city.

The mayor and council members recognized Roads Equipment Operator Tony Seabolt for one year of service to the city and presented him with the March service award, commending him for his dedication and his continued commitment to better the city through his work. 

In addition to recognizing Seabolt, the council recognized Utilities Treatment Plant Operator David Schuette as the February Employee of the Month and presented him with a certificate honoring his achievements. Schuette has been a city employee for eight months. 

“David works in our utilities department and does simply an outstanding job,” City Manager Bob Bolz said during the meeting.
