A Dawsonville man was indicted last week for allegedly committing multiple heinous acts.
Steven Brady Williamson, 35, was arrested by the White County Sheriff’s Office last month for alleged incest.
Last week, he was indicted by a grand jury on three counts of incest and two counts of sexual exploitation, according to Enotah Circuit District Attorney Jeff Langley.
A Sept. 13 incident report said a deputy responded to a Cleveland residence at 6:24 a.m. after an adult other than Williamson called in a dispute. After arriving, officers learned information that compelled them to start investigating Williamson.
His charges are related to alleged incest involving one 16-year-old victim, according to the incident report. The incest allegedly occurred once on Aug. 20, 2021 and twice on Sept. 13, Langley said.
Williamson bonded out of jail on Sept. 28.
The investigation is ongoing, so DCN will provide updated information as it becomes available.
