For IGY6 Coffee owner Chris Sheets, growing his business into a brick-and-mortar operation in Dawsonville has been a dream over one year in the making.  As Sheets smiled and helped customers and colleagues at the store’s grand opening celebration on Saturday, one got the sense that the reward for him is as much about fellowship as it is about the business.
