Dawson County Sheriff's Office personnel continue to search for three suspects who stole nearly $40,000 worth of items from the Burberry store at Dawsonville's North Georgia Premium Outlets last month.

Video surveillance footage released from police shows three black males breaking into the store by smashing through a window with a sledgehammer.

After gaining entry, the suspects began grabbing items and were in and out of the store in less than a minute.

The suspects got away with 66 items of merchandise.

The early-morning break in occurred April 23. Mall security observed the males leave the store and enter a silver compact car, speeding off in the direction of Ga. 400.

A B.O.L.O. (be on the lookout) was placed with neighboring Forsyth County, and a Forsyth County Sheriff's deputy made contact and pursued the suspects to I-285, where the pursuit was canceled.

Anyone with information about the burglary is asked to call the Dawson County Sheriff's Office at (706) 344-3535.
