A Texas man is currently being held at the Dawson County Detention Center without bail after he was arrested on several felony and misdemeanor charges including aggravated sodomy, sexual exploitation of children and incest. John Melvin Fontenot, 45, was arrested Aug.15 on one count each of aggravated sodomy, incest, sexual exploitation of children, false imprisonment and aggravated assault, all felonies.
