A man was reported shot at a Dawson County residence shortly after noon Thursday.

According to authorities, a 40-45 year old male was reportedly shot multiple times at a mobile home off Kelly Bridge Road in southwestern Dawson County.

The patient was transported to an area hospital via ambulance. The extent of his injuries is unknown at this time.

According to Dawson County Sheriff's Office Inv. Ray Goodie, authorities are still on the scene and no other information is currently available.
