Two teens were seriously injured last week in a single vehicle wreck on Couch Road in eastern Dawson County. The driver, 18-year-old Kayla Gourlay of Cumming, is facing numerous charges including DUI and two counts of serious injury by vehicle. She is also charged with failure to maintain lane, reckless driving, seatbelt violations and purchasing/possession/manufacturing/distribution of a controlled substance-marijuana, according to Georgia State Patrol spokeswoman Robin Stone.
