Students in Dawson County High School’s Future Business Leaders of America chapter attended the organization’s state conference held March 18-19 in Atlanta.

 

Students competed in a variety of competitions against fellow FBLA students from all over Georgia.

 

Those who placed in the competitions include Cole Simmons, third place, introduction to technology; Chris Bywaletz, fifth place, business math; Clay Glover, seventh place, business math; and Craig Butler, ninth place, introduction to technology.

 

Cole Simmons will move on to the the national conference in Orlando this summer.

 

According to its Web site, Future Business Leaders of America holds conferences to “recognize and reward excellence in a broad range of business and career-related areas.”
