Author, scholar and teacher Dr. Mark Meusse will present "The Promise of Buddhist Spirituality" as a part of the Mountain Top Lectures at the University of North Georgia next month. The professor emeritus of religious studies at Rhodes College will provide an introduction to Buddhist thought and practice during the program on Aug. 26. The overview will give insight into Siddhattha Gotama, the man known as Buddha.
