A new king and queen of Dawson County High School were crowned during halftime of the Tigers football game on Sept. 18 against South Forsyth High School. 

Seniors Max Tierny and Molly Muenchen were named king and queen on the 2020 Homecoming Court, replacing last year’s king and queen Sophia D'Oliveira and Brody Howell. Tierny plays on the basketball team and plans to go to Kennesaw State to study finance, while  Muenchen plays on the soccer team and plans to play collegiate soccer.
