The Dawson County High School Symphonic Band competed in a concert at Reinhardt University in Waleska recently, where they received superior ratings on every song and on their overall performance. "It has been a pretty banner year for us, and I am hoping that leads to some growth in the program next year," said Director of Bands at Dawson County High School Chuck Arnold. Each spring the Georgia Music Educators Association administers the annual Large Group Performance Evaluation (LGPE).
