Both offenses were on display last Friday night as the Dawson County High School Tigers defeated the Fannin County Rebels, 35-30.

Fridays win was an important one for the Tigers as it marked the opening of the teams region schedule. The win moves the team to 2-3 on the season and 1-0 in Region 8AA play.

This Friday, Oct. 7, the Tigers travel to Banks County. The Leopards are 3-2 on the season and defeated region rival Union County, 16-14, last week.

The game begins at 7:30 p.m.
