A Dawson County man was arrested after he allegedly asked a teenage boy to solicit sex for him from a teenage girl.

Agustin Vertiz Rojo, 37, was arrested on July 29 for driving while license expired, pandering and solicitation of sodomy.

According to Dawson County Public Information Officer Tony Wooten, sometime over the summer, Rojo allegedly asked a 14-year old boy to ask a 14-year old girl if she would perform oral sex on him.

The arrest reports stated Rojo was willing to pay the girl $5 to perform the sexual acts.

An exact date was not given for the alleged event. Wooten said a family member found out about the incident and turned Rojo in.

Rojos bond was set at $10,200. He has since been released from the Dawson County Detention Center.
