Junior Fire Academy graduates

Dawson County Emergency Services graduated 27 new cadets at the Junior Fire Academy graduation, June 29, at Riverview Middle School. Each one did a spectacular job this week, said Danny Speaks, assistant chief with DCEMS. The graduates are: Caitlin Banks, Michaela Brauda, Joey Flowers, Michael Flowers, Andrew Halfermalz, Brandi Jo Halfermalz, Stephen Hollaway, Tyler Hyde, Bubba Jones, Tucker Jones, Owen Jordan, Cody Jordan, Anna Maher, Mackenzie Martin, Lacy Mills, Quintin Overby, Preston Perdue, Woody Perry, Dennis Pyetsukh, Cole Rodgers, Collin Satterfield, Sara Shepard, Stephanie Strickland, Adelaide Tigner, Lee Tigner, Colin Treadway and Jake Williams. I would also like to thank the Dawson County Board of Education, Riverview Middle School, Etowah Water, Georgia Forestry Commission Dawsonville office and the Dawson County Emergency Services staff for all of their help, Speaks continued.
