A 50-year-old Dawsonville man has been arrested and charged with aggravated child molestation.

Randall Leroy Piper was arrested late Monday.

There were multiple incidents that occurred between August and November 2014, Dawson County Sheriffs Capt. Tony Wooten said Tuesday.

The alleged events occurred at a residence in Dawson County.

The female victim is under the age of 16.

The victim and Piper were familiar with each other, Wooten said.

Piper is currently being held at the Dawson County jail.

At press time, no bond had been set.
