A 37-year-old Dawsonville man was arrested last week on pandering and solicitation charges.

Agustin Vertiz Rojo was released Monday on $10,200 bond.

According to Dawson County Sheriff's Capt. Tony Wooten, Rojo allegedly solicited another person to perform an act of prostitution.

"He asked a 14-year-old male to solicit a 14-year-old female to perform a sex act for money," Wooten said.

The incidents reportedly occurred over the summer in southeastern Dawson County near Ga. 400.
